Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

At InvoiceX, we believe in a strict no-lock-in policy. You are in complete control of your subscription and may cancel your Premium Monthly or Premium Annual plan at any time directly from your authenticated Billing Dashboard.

• Immediate Halt: Upon cancellation, your recurring billing mandate with Payfast will be immediately terminated.
• Grace Period Access: You will retain full access to your workspace, document builder, and client records until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.
• No Further Charges: Absolutely no further automated charges will be initiated after your cancellation is confirmed in the system.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Because InvoiceX provides immediate, unrestricted access to digital cloud infrastructure upon payment, and because we offer a free Guest Pass (allowing un-watermarked evaluation of the service prior to purchase), we enforce a strict no-refund policy for active subscriptions in accordance with standard digital service provisions.

• No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer partial, pro-rata, or unused-time refunds within an active billing cycle if you choose to cancel early.
• Accidental Renewals: It is the user's sole responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription prior to their scheduled renewal date. Charges processed successfully due to a failure to cancel before the billing date are final and non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution & Support

We are committed to fair and transparent billing practices in compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If you experience a technical billing error, duplicate charge, or believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred via Payfast, please contact us immediately.

Reach out to our support team at support@invoicex.co.za with your account details and Payfast reference number, and we will investigate and rectify any genuine billing errors within 3-5 business days.
