To provide a seamless experience, InvoiceX utilizes your browser's local storage to temporarily save document data while you use our guest builder. Upon account registration, this data is securely transferred and hydrated into your permanent account profile on our servers.

2. Information We Store

We store the business information you explicitly provide (names, addresses, line items, pricing) solely for the purpose of generating your PDF documents and maintaining your transaction history. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.

3. Public Document Links

To allow easy sharing with your clients, documents are accessible via cryptographically unguessable URLs. While these links do not require a login to view, they are virtually impossible to discover without the direct link you provide to your client.

4. Communication

We will only contact you regarding essential account notifications, billing updates, or critical platform changes. Outbound emails sent to your clients via the platform will include a subtle referral link to InvoiceX, but will never contain third-party marketing.
